"My kids didn't get to try the chocobanananut bites. All 4 were wolfed down by me on the M25. Thought I'd just try one.... well you understand. Seriously good thank you."

"I tried the raspberry colossal ball, the choco banananut bite and the exotic fruity seedy bites with the raisins. I loved them all! They really do fill the void of something sweet. I also think the size is a great idea."
Ideal for snack time
MORAL FIBRE snacks are deliciously different alternatives to sweets, cakes and biscuits. They are a healthy way to refuel after activity, convenient for people on the go and make a perfect little surprise in the lunchbox. Packed with flavour, energy and punch, they also make a healthy breakfast on the go or a treat to be enjoyed between meals.
MORAL FIBRE products are inspired by our passion for sharing tasty, nutritious food with friends and family and are designed for anyone wanting to put the best possible fuel in their body. The little bite-size treats, hand made in our kitchen in Tring, Hertfordshire are an ideal choice for avoiding health risks associated with refined sugar, salt and food additives.
The snacks reflect our vision of making healthy food exciting, nourishing and beneficial for mind and body by being:
Easy to eat
Next best to fresh
Free from added sugar
Our products are high in fibre and are gluten and dairy free, relying on the natural sugars to provide flavour and energy. All our ingredients have beneficial health properties. We don’t add any flavourings, sweeteners, MSG or preservatives.
The government recommends that we limit our sugar intake to around 50 grams per day. You may be surprised by just how much sugar is in the majority of processed foods so check the labels carefully. Even snacks relying on natural sugars should be eaten in moderation. And remember, if a toothbrush is not at hand, wash the sugar off your teeth with some water after eating.
We are constantly working with nutritionists, dieticians and personal trainers to bring you new innovative health food products.
