WHAT IS RAW FOOD?
Food is considered raw if it has not been heated above 46C or 115F. I use a dehydration process which operates at low temperatures. The ingredients retain most of their original nutrients as very little is lost through a cooking process. The dehydration process removes excess moisture and helps to preserve the snacks naturally. We use artisan techniques resulting in products that are incredibly rich and tasty!
