Shipping
Please ensure you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you register. Failure to do so could affect delivery time as we use this information to contact you should any issues arise.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately.
At peak periods (weekends and bank holidays) deliveries may take slightly longer.

- Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
- You should receive your purchases 3-5 working days after your order has been accepted.

Europe
We currently ship orders by Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked) up to 2kg to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Netherlands and Spain which usually covers orders up to 50 euros. Please contact us to discuss your shipping requirements or if you are outside these countries.
You should receive your purchases 5 working days after your order has been accepted.

Returns
We hope you enjoy our snacks and gifts. However, if your products are faulty or damaged in any way, we offer either a full or partial refund or exchange, providing that products are returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Please ensure that the parcel is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the products. If products are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
